Currently, around 72% of this amount is in the judicial collection phase, with 60% of the total corresponding to interest and fines for late payment. <\/p>\n\n<p>Membership of Refaz Reconstruction will be available <strong>from March 19, 2025 to April 30, 2025<\/strong>, offering two ways of settling ICMS debts: full settlement of debts or payment of specific debts.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the taxpayer chooses to pay in full, they will have access to the biggest discounts:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>95% discount for cash payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90% discount for installments of up to six installments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>On the other hand, taxpayers who prefer to select specific debts for settlement will receive discounts depending on the number of installments chosen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75% discount for cash payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70% discount for installments up to 18 times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For longer terms, the discounts will be progressively reduced:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50% discount for installments between 19 and 36 times;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30% discount for installments between 37 and 60 times;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10% discount for installments between 61 and 120 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>There is also the possibility of scheduling an account debit, with the minimum amount for each installment being R$300.<\/p>\n\n<p>Finally, Refaz Reconstruction does not allow for the offsetting of debts.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cpdma.com.br\/tributario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tax Law<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/cpdma.com.br\/profissionais-cesar-peres-dulac-muller\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CPDMA Team<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refaz Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o (Decree 58.067\/2025) will allow companies that owe ICMS to settle their debts with the State Revenue Service and the State Attorney General&#8217;s Office (PGE), with a reduction of up to 95% in interest and fines.
