EDUCATION & EXPERTISE
Attorney, specialist in Civil Procedure, and holder of an LLM in Business Law, with a consolidated career in the legal field at national and multinational companies in the retail, industrial, and construction sectors. He has served as head of legal departments, responsible for implementing Compliance programs and ensuring compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). He has also participated in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and debt restructuring projects. He is a member of Ethics and Privacy Committees and serves as Secretary to Boards of Directors, Fiscal Councils, and Audit and Risk Committees. In addition, he acts as a judge at the Ethics and Disciplinary Tribunal of the OAB/RS and is a member of the Special Commission on Corporate Advocacy of the OAB/RS.
